Tolerant to low light conditions. Perfectly suited for windowsill growing.
An early-maturing bush variety (only 25-35 days from seedling emergence to the first harvest of greens) characterized by vigorous growth.
It forms a robust, densely foliated bush. The leaves are dark green, tender, short-petioled, and incredibly aromatic. The weight of a single plant when harvested for greens is 10-14 g.
Variety advantages: it is very late to bolt (form flower umbels) and highly resistant to poor lighting. Thanks to the slightly raised leaf rosette, the greens do not get soiled by the ground after rain and are very easy to harvest.
Yield of fresh greens: 2.0-2.5 kg/m2. Highly recommended for continuous cultivation for fresh herbs.
Sowing seeds in open ground is done in late April to early May.

Ingredients: 3 tbsp of high-quality vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 tbsp of finely chopped parsley or dill, 1 tsp of honey.
1. Thoroughly mix the oil, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
2. Finely chop the fragrant herbs and stir them into the sauce.
This zesty "blitz" dressing should be used immediately after preparation: it is absolutely perfect for dressing a fresh green salad or tossing with warm pasta.
